the house is divided into 3 floors: the basement can accommodate up to 100 people where there are two bathrooms, a kitchen, the dining room of the roast, the room of the grapes, a game-room and washing machine. In the hall there is a large fireplace and a big oven that may be available, on request, for good barbecue. In the room of the grapes there are local wines; in the games room are a tennis table, a table football, a stereo and a beautiful gymn . In the ground floor there GRAIN apartment (kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and living room) and FLOWERS apartment (kitchen, living room, bathroom, double bedroom and bedroom with two single beds). First floor where there are the apartment of the SUNFLOWERS (kitchen, living room, bathroom, double bedroom and bedroom with two single beds) and THE TOWER OF CAPTAIN (composed of attic kitchen, bathroom and bedroom). All apartments are furnished with great care in the choice of materials respecting the ancient traditions of Umbria.
SWIMMING POOL: the swimming pool of the villa enjoys a wonderful view, like a balcony over the valley of the Tiber, offers sheltered sunbathing until sunset.
